How is a report treated?

The whistleblower reports through one of the Ombudsman Service's communication channels.

Reports are reviewed to check whether they provide sufficient information to investigate and ranked according to the subject and criticality.

After review, the reported event is investigated and interested parties are notified.

Should the whistleblowing be found true, the investigation result is reported to the responsible managers for decision making and shared with the Executive Management and the Ethics Committee, if applicable.

The whistleblower is informed about the case closing.
