Ombudsman service

Welcome to CENIBRA’s Ombudsman Service.

The Ombudsman Service is a means of communication between CENIBRA and its stakeholders for whistleblowing and reporting of wrongdoing (fraud, larceny, theft, moral and sexual harassment) and alleged breaches of the Code of Conduct, corporate policies and regulations, and applicable legislation.


All reports are treated on a safe, confidential basis, subjected to restricted access and protected against deletion or alteration, so as to ensure the integrity of the report and the possibility of follow-up by the reporting party, based on protocol and individual password.
