Application of Penalties

The findings of whistleblowing investigations involving CENIBRA employees, suppliers, or service providers should be forwarded to the respective manager, who will take the required administrative measures. Cases of suspected misconduct should be referred to the Ethics Committee along with the Opinion issued by the Internal Audit Department, as the case may be.

The Legal and Human Resources departments shall provide the necessary support to penalty-related decisions and other applicable actions as a result of evaluations conducted by the Internal Audit Department and the Ethics Committee.
