CENIBRA should give the whistleblower feedback within five working days from the date of reporting, using the same communication channel or another formal means, under the control of the area in charge of evaluating the whistleblowing.
The deadline for dealing with the reported events and providing the whistleblower with final feedback will depend on the nature of the reported fact and may be extended in view of the complexity and/or severity of the matter.
