Whistleblowing

Reports on irregularities and/or breach of CENIBRA’s Code of Conduct, policies, and internal regulations, as well as applicable legislation, should be reported and/or recorded through specific communication channels made available to the company’s stakeholders.

Should an employee identify or suspect any fact or action that may represent an irregularity and/or violation of the forementioned statutes, he or she must immediately report or record the event. Proven failure to do so shall be treated as a violation of CENIBRA's Code of Conduct and may give rise to penalties as provided for in the Code of Conduct.

Managers must report to the Internal Audit Department any possible irregularities and/or violations identified in their respective areas, aiming at recording and properly dealing with such events.
